Lead Client Services, Investor Relations

Job Details: Lead Client Services, Investor Relations The Lead Client Services role at New Forests is critical to support key initiatives related to profitability and business excellence.
Reporting to the Global Head of Investor Relations, this role will coordinate and execute best practices in client services, drive continuous value for clients, and manage day-to-day client issues as well as strategic matters.
The role involves creating a value-adding client services platform, coordinating quarterly reporting, executing annual investor meetings, managing global client issues, developing efficiencies in client services and reporting, supervising staff, and some international travel.
Key Responsibilities:

Create a value-adding client services platform Coordinate, manage, and distribute quarterly reporting Execution of annual investor meetings Support global management of client issues Develop efficiencies and improvements in client services and reporting Supervise staff in execution of client services
Qualifications, Experience and Strengths:
Excellent project management capability Direct institutional client management experience Experience in alternative assets or impact investing Superior writing and editing skills Excellent verbal communication Interest in sustainability and responsible investment Team player with ability to work well under pressure Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Experience in investor reporting automation tools
