About the role: Thiess are looking for an experienced Lead Analyst - New Work to join the team supporting the group portfolio of companies within the Australia West region. The primary purpose of this role is to enhance the Salesforce experience for the New Work and Executive Management teams, ensuring they are well-supported and proficient in utilizing the platform to achieve their goals. You will be responsible for executing day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of the platform. Duties will include: Lead the adoption of Salesforce within the organization, including delivering comprehensive training and personalized support. Serve as the primary contact for Australia West based Salesforce users seeking support or wishing to escalate issues. Manage Salesforce data feeds, inputs and integrations Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests Serve as primary system lead for the Thiess Salesforce CRM platform Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operation and optimization of Salesforce functionalities. Drive the analysis of Salesforce data, collaborating with the Business Development Manager to translate insights into actionable strategies for market prioritization and campaign optimization. Support the business development team with client engagement and the development of CRM-based tools for account planning, management, and territory plan management. Identify, document, and escalate bugs and enhancement opportunities to the global team, participating in global prioritization discussions. About You: To be successful for the role you will have: Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar roleDemonstrated experience preferred in in Project management and/or Salesforce AdministrationTertiary qualification in Economics, Business or Science Engineering or a related field.
