The firm handles a variety of cases, including property disputes, contract breaches, and personal injury matters , with a dedication to providing tailored solutions that achieve the best possible outcomes for their clients within the NSW legal system.
About the role: Responsibilities include managing a team and delegating tasks efficiently, with expertise in personal injury law.
You will utilize the Personal Injury Commission Portal and NSW Online Registry , provide legal advice and representation to clients, and draft accurate legal documents.
Additionally, you will attend conferences and hearings, and offer guidance and technical support to solicitors and paralegals.
The ideal candidate: Senior Associate or Special Counsel (6+ PQE).
Education: Relevant Australian Legal Qualification/Admission.
Experience in insurance/personal injury law , coming from a recognized insurance law team/firm.
Outstanding client service and responsiveness.
Strong time management, communication, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.
