About the company We've been designing, manufacturing, installing and maintaining swimming pools and spas for over 29 years. We manufacture locally in our Launceston factory, allowing immediate delivery using only the highest quality vinyl ester resins and fiberglass materials.

We also design and manufacture any fiberglass products from aquaculture tanks to fully moulded shower cabinets. Indoor or outdoor, inground or above, if it's a swimming pool or spa that you're after, you know you will get the right advice from the team at Tassie Pools and Spas.
About the role Tassie Pools & Spas have a vacancy for a Manager in our Launceston operations. The person we seek must have strong leadership skills, an outgoing personality, see customer service as a priority, enjoy a challenge, and possess a strong desire to succeed.
The successful applicant will have extensive experience in the pool and/or pumping industry. Responsibilities include supervision of staff, good communication skills, planning and coordination of service work, quoting of jobs, and technical supervision. The role aims to achieve productivity, team spirit, and customer satisfaction.
A salary will be negotiated based on experience, including a fully maintained company vehicle. A driver's license is essential.
