A fun loving and busy family in Lane Cove are seeking a bubbly and energetic nanny to care for their 4 year old boy.
A nanny that is experienced in engaging and having fun with the child, providing stimulating and creative indoor and outdoor activities which will support the child's learning milestones and development.
The family are looking for a nanny who is patient, calm under pressure, reliable, trustworthy and can form a lovely bond with their child.
Someone who has a genuine passion and love of children and enjoys supporting busy families.
Knowledge of teaching/tutoring reading, maths and science would be great but not essential.
The carer's responsibilities for this role will be as follows: To care for the childFollow the child routinePick up the child at preschoolPlay and engage in age-appropriate creative activities/outings to assist in the child's developmentOn the full day, take the child out to museums, parks, walks, swimming, etc.Prep and cook children's meals/snacksLight household duties, i.e., tidy food and kitchen post meals, tidy up toys, and if time allows, put through a load of washingGrocery shopping and running errands (occasionally)Start date: Early Oct 2024
Contract: 12+ months Permanent/long term
Pay: $40 per hour depending on experience (negotiable)
The days and normal hours are: 5 days – 17-18 hours per week
Afternoon Hours:
Mon, Tues, Thurs and Fri
5.30pm – 7/7.30pm
Plus:
1 Full Day:
Wed
8am – 5pm
