About the Job Are you passionate about land administration and project support?
About the role We are seeking a dedicated professional with expertise in land administration and a passion for supporting transport projects to join our Land Transactions and Tenure branch.
This role involves formalising tenure and land ownership, handling land administration tasks, and work within statutory and policy frameworks.
As a Land Administration Officer at PTA, you will play a pivotal role in supporting land assembly and rationalisation for key transport projects.
Your expertise will be instrumental in formalising tenure and land ownership, and you will assist with preparing crucial documentation for registration at Landgate.
From concept through delivery, you will support land and property projects, ensuring smooth and effective management.
Your analytical and problem-solving skills to assess and interpret land tenure and property data and ability to present information clearly will be key to your success.
About You!
To excel in this role, you should possess: Sound knowledge of legislation relevant to the responsibilities of the position, particularly in relation to railway land.
Knowledge and experience in land administration, both Crown and Freehold.
Well-developed research, conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills including the ability to present information.
