No one else does exactly what we do in the way we do it. We have had an longstanding relationship with the Mornington Peninsula Shire, servicing the Shire with Parks & Roadside maintenance. As such we are seeking a Bushland Labourer to assist and provide support to the Team Leader Bushland and 2IC in carrying out bushland management works in bushland areas, reserves and open spaces, as well as being capable to assist with the greater Parks and Roadsides team, when the need arises. Skills and experience required: Construction Induction Card (White Card/Red Card); Current Victorian Drivers Licence (Manual); Level 2 Work Place First Aid Certification; Farm Chemical Users Certification; Level 1 Chainsaw Certificate; Road Traffic Control Certification; Experience (or trade/tertiary qualification) in natural resource/horticulture management or related field; Aptitude for bushland management works and the environmental industry; Experience in bushland regeneration techniques; Skills and experience desirable: Level 2 Work Place First Aid Certification; Farm Chemical Users Certification; Medium Rigid/Heavy Rigid Truck Licence; Level 1 Chainsaw Certification; Road Traffic Control Certification Construction Induction Card (White Card/Red Card); Current Victorian Drivers Licence (Manual); Basic Mechanical Aptitude; In return You will enjoy working Monday to Friday, with a fortnightly rostered day off.
