We have an exciting opportunity available for a Laboratory Technician – Refrigeration to join our R&D team in Rydalmere for an 18-month contract, reporting to the Laboratory Manager.
This position offers a chance to work in NATA-accredited laboratories, making it an exciting opportunity for someone who has recently obtained a trade qualification in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (ARC license) and is eager to work for a market leader in the industry.
You will be responsible for testing our Heat Pump (HP), Electric and Gas Water Heaters.
Your duties will include running tests in our lab, analyzing data, and writing reports.
You will also work with prototypes, manage lab equipment, and collaborate with engineers.

About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
A Trade qualification in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (ARC license) or currently working towards it Ability to work in shifts (once trained, an afternoon shift will be required at times) Numeracy and literacy skills for data analysis and report writing Proficiency in computer use, including experience with MS Office Strong written and verbal communication skills Any experience as a Refrigeration or HVAC Technician with associated electrical wiring work would be a bonus!
