Laboratory Technician

Our Client is a contract beverage bottling facility that coordinates total packaging from bulk beverages to packaged products.
They are currently seeking an experienced Laboratory Technician to join their team.
As a Laboratory Technician, you will be a good team player with excellent communication skills and be able to adapt on a day-to-day basis to the fast pace of the job and work environment.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain the Occupational Health and Safety Policy.
Calibration of equipment.
Collection and analysis of bottling line samples, tanker samples, storage tank samples and customer requested samples.
Preparation of chemicals.
Perform micro-analysis.
Maintain the NATA, BRC, HACCP, Organic and any other accreditations as required.
About You: Knowledge of basic wine analysis such as Alcohol, FSO2, TSO2, pH and TA.
Computer skills.
Flexible with hours for leave coverage, and shift work may also be required during peak periods.
