You will provide caring and efficient reception duties, organise laboratory paperwork, look after patient information, ensure patient databases are up to date, and provide face-to-face and phone enquiries with care and compassion.Responsibilities:Manage laboratory paperwork and patient information.Ensure patient databases are up to date.Provide reception duties and handle enquiries with care.About youYou will be someone with excellent communication skills and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.You will bring with you:Year 12 or equivalent including a laboratory-based science.Excellent interpersonal skills and a desire to provide patients with exceptional experiences.The ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.At the Women's, you will enjoy a culture that is collaborative, supportive, and passionate about learning.
