Labor Relations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Labor Relations Specialist to join our team.
As a Labor Relations Specialist, you will play a vital role in fostering positive relationships between our organization and our employees.
You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with labor laws, negotiating collective bargaining agreements, and resolving disputes between management and employees.
The ideal candidate has excellent communication and mediation skills, a deep understanding of labor laws and regulations, and a proven track record in labor relations.
Responsibilities Develop and implement labor relations strategies to maintain positive employee relations and minimize labor disputes.Conduct research and analysis on labor laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance and recommend best practices.Negotiate collective bargaining agreements with unions to ensure fair and equitable terms for both management and employees.Mediate labor disputes and resolve grievances between management and employees through effective communication and conflict resolution techniques.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement policies and procedures that promote a positive working environment and adhere to labor laws.Advise management on labor relations issues and provide guidance on disciplinary actions, performance management, and other employee-related matters.Stay updated on emerging labor relations trends and proactively recommend innovative approaches to improve employee relations and enhance organizational performance.Requirements Bachelor's degree in labor relations, human resources, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Labor Relations Specialist or a similar role.In-depth knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and policies.Strong negotiation and mediation skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to resolve conflicts in a fair and equitable manner.Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse groups of stakeholders.Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. #J-18808-Ljbffr
