A high priority program that will deliver KYC Refresh across Institutional Banking customers. This role will focus on Authorised Signatory feedback from customers to update and reflect the current position within our core banking systems.A key deliverable of this stream is ensuring accuracy of data across multiple storage systems in Institutional Banking is updated periodically for each customer based on their risk grade profile. The KYC Maintenance Officer role has been created to assist in the management of updating multiple systems to reflect the customers' feedback on Authorised Signatories relevant to their company. This role will involve collaborating with multiple stakeholders such as Operations (GCC), Frontline and also the KYC Team to ensure that ANZ has accurately updated its records in accordance with the customer's advice.Banking is changing and we're changing with it, giving our people great opportunities to try new things, learn and grow.
