About the RoleAs a KYC Maintenance Specialist, Institutional you will be supporting the Production Lead – Authorised Signatories, to deliver and support the customer Authorised Signatories maintenance approach for Institutional Australia. This role requires effective relationships with stakeholders across all Institutional PCM product, Wholesale Digital, Institutional KYC teams, the GCC (Bengaluru), Business Governance and Controls, Risk and all Institutional and Commercial PCM/TB Sales areas.
The role must have a customer-centric mindset, be able to solve complex problems through innovative thinking, challenge the status quo and be an effective change agent. The role will collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and guide their expectations of product and channel maintenance proposition. Importantly, the role will collaborate with the wider KYC teams to identify opportunities to improve/simplify/streamline the end to end processes from a customer perspective – and then work with those teams to make and embed any changes sustainably.

What will your day look like?As a KYC Maintenance Specialist, Institutional, you will:
Support the KYC Refresh outreach team for Authorised SignatoriesManage customer queries and responsesEnsure accurate updates are made in core system to reflect customer feedbackProvide subject matter expertise on PCM Products and Wholesale Digital and related processes and systems (e.g., ARROW, UCT, Payto, GT, Commercial customers, FX, knowledge management systems, remediations, etc.), combined with change leadership and change managementParticipate in UAT testing and automation activitiesWhat will you bring?To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Understanding of Cash Servicing end to end processes and supported products, services, and channelsStrong technical channel and product knowledge – with a focus on managing/operationalising non-standard requirementsFamiliarity with key banking systems such as SEIBEL, GOLDTIER, CACHE, ORION, MIDANZ, etc.Ability to raise issues or concerns confidently, taking ownership and holding self accountableDemonstrated time management skills and ability to organise workload to meet customer expectationsDetail-oriented and quality-focused, with a strong ability to work directly with customers to understand their requirements and complex requestsDemonstrated customer centricity, delivering results both individually and collaborativelyExcellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to influence internal teamsStrong relationship-building and networking skills, with experience dealing with people at all levelsSound business judgment, problem-solving skills, critical and systems thinkingYou're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
