As a UKG Pro/ Kronos Analyst, your role will focus on the embedment of UKG Pro in the organisation and identifying process improvements across all stakeholders.
Your key duties will include Tier 2 support, queries and interpretation of pay rule calculations, streamlining processes and creating documentation. Business analyst experience would be greatly valued in this role. You will work collaboratively across the payroll function to contribute to seamless end-to-end service delivery that is client-oriented and outcomes-focused.
This role is a permanent role, and it will be based in Sydney.

ABOUT YOU
Extensive experience in complex UKG multi-site industry.
Experience in Time & Attendance and Payroll system administration (UKG/SAP).
Experience mapping processes, designing and writing requirements and presentations.
Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
Proactive, identifies problems, follows through, high-level thinker.
Proven experience working with Microsoft Office, including Advanced Excel.
Experience interpreting modern awards and enterprise agreements.
Tertiary qualifications in Business or Human Resources is desirable.
