In this hands-on role, you will participate in the day to day operation of the café to achieve budgeted sales targets and KPIs.
Reporting to our Customer Service Manager, our Kiosk Coordinator needs to have the highest level of customer service skills.
The primary responsibility of our Kiosk Coordinator is to deliver first class service to our patrons ensuring the kiosk operates effectively and efficiently within Health Department Regulations.

Key areas of responsibility include: Ability to lead, coach and inspire a cafe teamProvide excellent customer service to all customersProvide information on our product range, including promoting healthy food optionsMaintaining the appearance and presentation of the caféReplenish condiments as neededMeet the requirements of the centre's food safety planEnsure all cleaning and maintenance is carried out according to specified quality standardsFollow health and safety guidelinesCashier experience, taking orders and handling cashApply sound cash handling principles and use of Point of Sale (POS) systemsPromote the centre's services and programs to our patronsDevelop and maintain good working relations with patronsAbility to work mornings, evenings and weekends.

There will also be multi-purpose rooms for health and fitness classes, gym, wellness, café, family change rooms and crèche, all with a high level of regard to disability access.
