Key Stage 4 and Post 16 Practitioner Knowsley Virtual School works with cared-for children and care-experienced people, their schools, carers, and social workers to ensure that they are able to access good education provision to enable them to achieve.

If you are passionate about improving the academic achievement of vulnerable children and young people, we would welcome an application for this role. You will work closely with Knowsley cared-for children and care-experienced people to remove barriers to learning and engagement in education, employment and training (EET), developing relationships with professionals to identify suitable opportunities.

Through multi-agency working with both internal and external colleagues, you will contribute to the development of the Personal Education Plan (PEP), creating positive, sustainable destinations.

Minimum Requirements:
It is essential to hold a relevant qualification in education, youth, community, or health and social care, with evidence of continued professional development.
