The Role We are seeking a site-based Key Contract Administrator to work in collaboration with a Key Account Manager to ensure all tasks at a Key Airmaster site are fulfilled in the most efficient and effective manner to meet client KPI's.
You will be required to monitor and benchmark Airmaster and specialist sub-contractors against the client's contract KPI's and ensure that every effort is made to meet all service delivery requirements. You will be responsible for following up timely completion of contracted works, completed by both Airmaster technicians and subcontractors, and using the client portal to ensure all maintenance and remedial works are being carried out in accordance with the tender specifications. 
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You should also have experience working in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Previous experience in coordinating a team of technicians is an advantage but not a requirement as on the job training will be provided.Solid computer and typing skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).Able to achieve and self-manage deadlines.An ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently.Flexibility, reliability, and be well presented.Willing to undergo a national police background check and working with vulnerable people clearance.Strong commitment to safe work practices is essential.Benefits of Working with Airmaster We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for career development and advancement.
