The Role
As our Key Account Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in implementing sales strategies with key accounts and consortia partners, nurturing relationships, and driving growth. You'll connect deeply with our trade partners, deliver impactful presentations, and build a robust pipeline for new partnerships. You'll bring your expertise in the Australian travel industry and your strategic mindset to drive revenue and build brand loyalty.
Key Responsibilities: Cultivate strategic partnerships with key accounts, frontline staff, and executive teams. Develop and execute a sales plan for VIC, TAS, SA, and WA, tailoring approaches to specific partner needs. Foster growth with existing partners and develop new relationships to achieve sales goals. Manage and report on sales activities, track ROI, and maintain strong communication with stakeholders. Organise and attend industry events, client presentations, and partner conferences. Travel regionally and internationally for famils, expos, and training as needed. Why Join Us?

What You Bring: 5+ years of travel industry experience with a track record of exceeding sales targets. Deep understanding of the Australian travel industry and distribution landscape. A strategic mindset, innovative relationship-building skills, and sales development expertise. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
