Goodyear. More Driven. Reporting to the Sales Director ANZ, the Key Account Manager will lead our ANZ business growth through strategic partnership with our Distribution Partner. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic distributor account plan to achieve volume, share and profitability objectives for the Goodyear portfolio.
Key Responsibilities: You will develop and execute strategic plans for key Distributor Partner to achieve financial and market share objectives. You will build and manage relationships with our Distribution Partner to gain a strategic competitive advantage, conducting ongoing business reviews, account analysis & presentations. You will influence the Distributor to ensure alignment with Goodyear ANZ objectives. You will collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and pricing functions to build and manage product brand presence and brand equity across the market. You will partner with the Supply chain function to facilitate demand forecasting and supply planning process for the Distributor. You will foster team building and collaboration by providing direction and support to internal stakeholders and partners, driving full support of Goodyear product objectives and fulfillment of distributor agreements. You will lead negotiations for commercial trading agreements with a market-oriented approach. About You: As an experienced B2B sales professional, you will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets while delivering exceptional customer experience. You will have strong stakeholder management & negotiation skills ideally within large consumer-based products. You will be resilient, positive and possess the energy and drive to succeed. You will be proactive in nature and be able to adjust and adapt to changing business requirements.
Key Skills: 10 years B2B sales experience (minimum 5 years key account manager experience). Experience of account management within a distribution model is highly regarded. A proven record of successful growth of sales with large key account customers/organisations. Strong negotiation skills with large key accounts. Exceptional stakeholder management both internally & externally. Ability to motivate and drive external sales force. What's on Offer?
