The full spectrum of services offered ranges from the design and build of camp structures to operational support in catering, housekeeping, technical services and logistics.The PositionYour responsibility will be to develop and maintain effective business relationships with clients, meeting financial targets and maintaining our market leadership position through innovation and continuous improvement. As Key Account Manager, you’ll provide leadership and management support to Unit Managers for the achievement of business objectives. You’ll also promote and support Our Safety Culture framework and enable the attraction, development and retention of the best talent in our industry.Key dutiesMaintain client and customer focus, building strong relationships with clientsDevelop a thorough understanding of all contractual requirementsConduct regular in-depth business reviewsImplement strategies for achieving high client satisfactionManage introduction of innovations for business improvementCollaborate with key stakeholders to ensure contract retentionProvide managers with regular communication about client feedbackIdentify and create new business opportunitiesEffectively manage costs within the workplaceIdentify and execute plans to incrementally improve business performanceExhibit Safety Leadership, both on site and in the regional office The PersonWillingness to FIFO to site 3 days per week or as required to support the businessSignificant relevant industry experience at management levelAbility to build productive relationships with clients from diverse backgroundsStrong commercial acumen with the ability to manage a budgetAbility to identify contract retention and new business opportunitiesWorking knowledge of workplace regulations, including award and agreement requirementsComputer literacy, using IT systems to help maintain efficient operationsIn-depth understanding of OHSE requirements and obligationsContract management experienceBusiness or degree qualificationsThe BenefitsWe place great importance on being an employer of choice.
