We have an exciting opportunity due to continued growth within the firm for a Junior Talent Acquisition Consultant (Early Careers) to join our high-performing Talent Acquisition Team in Sydney or Canberra.
About the role and the team: You will be joining a team of highly experienced, enthusiastic specialists, reporting directly to the Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant (Early Careers).
The team is very passionate about what they do and have a strong reputation across the firm for delivering exceptional service.
Your role will contribute to all aspects of the graduate recruitment lifecycle for all nine offices nationally.
This role is an integral part of the ongoing strategy of the firm by enhancing our brand in the market and for being the graduate firm of choice.
You will work closely with the Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant (Early Careers) with campus strategy, working alongside internal and external stakeholders.
Coordination and attendance of national careers fairs and other campus events.
Responsibility for screening, interviewing, presenting offers, and preparing graduates for their onboarding experience.
Outside core graduate periods, you will be assisting the Talent Acquisition team with ongoing needs of the business.
You will be an essential part of a collegiate, friendly, and supportive team.

About you: For this role, you must have a minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role in either a law firm or professional services.
Ability to travel interstate during peak campus recruiting cycles.
You will be a "people person" with excellent client relationship-building skills.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, and organisation skills.
You will have a genuine interest in keeping up to date on early career trends and be confident working with senior stakeholders.
You will have the ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
Experience within legal would be highly desirable.
