We have a holistic approach to service, where every team member is expected to provide the same experience to our guests, from the section waiter, to the chefs, to the restaurant manager.
As such we are looking for somebody who is excited to be involved in all parts of the service we provide.The role includes many responsibilities, including: Presentation of an 8 course tasting menu, focussing on our favourite Australian ingredients prepared using culinary techniques from across the globePresentation of our 3 beverage pairings, concentrationg on classic winesa, low intervention wines, and non alcoholic beveragesBroad knowledge of our wine program, showcasing over 400 selections from all over the worldOversight and completion of a variety of mise-en-place tasks, ensuring we are prepared and ready for servicePreparation of our non alcoholic beverages, including infusions, fermentations, teas and juicesCommunication with the kitchen and management team members in regards to a variety of service systems and procedures The ideal candidate would posess the following qualities: Previous experience in a fine-dining establishemtA will to learn and develop their skills, constantly stiiving to improve their knowledgeA strong work ethic, happy to take on any task to help improve our guest experience and work environmentFull-Time availability from Tuesday to SaturdayFull Australian working rightsCurrent RSA certificate If you think you could be the right person for our team, then please send a C.V.
