Empowering Excellence – Join Tranby College as a Dean of Years (Kindergarten to Year 2 and Year 3 to Year 6) Tranby College is excited to offer two newly created exceptional leadership opportunities for Dean of Years positions within our Junior School. As a Dean of Years, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational and social-emotional growth of our youngest students in either the Kindergarten to Year 2 or Year 3 to Year 6 cohort. We are looking for leaders who are passionate about fostering a culture of excellence, respect, and holistic development while driving innovation in teaching and learning.
The Opportunity Tranby College is a progressive, co-educational Childcare to Year 12 school known for personalised education and a strong commitment to student care. As part of our Junior School Leadership Team, the Dean of Years (Kindergarten to Year 2) and Dean of Years (Year 3 to Year 6) will:
Lead and inspire teaching and learning practices that align with the College's vision for excellence in education.Oversee the holistic development of students, fostering both academic growth and social-emotional wellbeing.Work collaboratively with the Head of Junior School and College Leadership Team to develop, implement, and evaluate teaching programs.Provide mentorship and support for staff in differentiating instruction to meet diverse student needs.Promote positive engagement with parents and the wider school community through strong communication and collaboration.Play a key role in the academic leadership of the College, ensuring that programs are developmentally appropriate and aligned with the WA Curriculum and Early Years Learning Framework (for Kindergarten to Year 2).Why Join Tranby College?
