Your daily duties will include but are not limited to:
Providing excellent customer service support and assistance over the phone and email
Assisting with the development and distribution of marketing and promotional materials such as newsletters and catalogues
Creating content for social media
Develop strategies to improve website traffic
Ad hoc office support
Skills and experience
Marketing degree OR relevant marketing experience
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects
Strong administrative and organisational skills
