Duties Client management & timely communication with tenants and prospective tenantsConduct all leasing inspections on behalf of the PM departmentAssisting with tenant application processing and reference checksStay up to date with market trendsAdministration for the property management department, including some routine inspections, as and if requiredAssist with the launch of new and re-let properties to the market and processing of all paperworkProviding relevant and detailed feedback to property managers and landlords Requirements Current QLD Sales Registration Certificate is essentialProven experience maintaining high levels of client careStrong administrative experienceA genuine love of Property Management and PeoplePrevious experience working within leasing or property management is considered favourable Benefits We believe that our people are our number one asset so there is no lack of training, both internal and external.
