Operating through two key divisions, they deliver vital services that positively impact thousands of individuals.ABOUT THE ROLEThe Project Manager will lead the delivery of key initiatives that align with the organisation's vision of inclusion and empowerment. This role is responsible for managing diverse projects across both the Community Services and Social Enterprise divisions, including new site builds, procurement, vendor management, and resourcing. The Project Manager will ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with the organisation's values of inclusion and community impact.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop, manage, and oversee project plans from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and stakeholder requirements.Lead and coordinate projects, fostering collaboration across departments and external partners.Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring the efficient and effective use of funds.Communicate project updates to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and engagement throughout the project lifecycle.Ensure project compliance with organisational standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.Oversee project documentation, including reporting, analysis, and evaluation of outcomes.SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCEPrevious experience as a Project Coordinator working on various projects from new site setup, procurement of assets and resourcing.Experience with working on projects on time and within budget, with a focus on stakeholder satisfaction.Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana).Demonstrated ability to manage risks, solve problems, and adapt to changing circumstances.HOW TO APPLYClick the APPLY button and submit your resume along with a cover letter detailing your relevant experience.
