About the Role Due to the acquisition of new contracts and continued business growth, we have an immediate requirement for a Process Engineer to join our client on a 12-month contract FIFO from Townsville.

The successful candidate will be going through the large Ammonia production facility looking at the piping & instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs) and using SAP equipment structures to update registers.
An overview is below:
Troubleshoot process problems and identify solutions that will drive quality, productivity, and systems improvement.
Provide technical advice and input into a range of projects.
Attend and actively participate in all handover and pre-start meetings.
Comply with the company's strong commitment to HSE.
The ideal candidate will have:
Tertiary qualifications in Chemical or Process Engineering.
Amenable to work FIFO from Townsville on an 8/6 roster working 12 hours per shift.
Meals and accommodation will be provided.
1-4 years of experience in a similar role preferably in the chemical processing plants or heavy industry.
