The Role The Paralegal is responsible for assisting a team of lawyers in an in-house legal department with preparation and editing of legal agreements, providing feedback to stakeholders, administrative assistance, and overall support of day-to-day activities.
Key Duties and responsibilities include : Assist in the preparation of legal template documents : including franchise agreements, guarantees, confidentiality agreements, and other legal template documentsConduct company and business name searchesChecking signatures and signing protocols have been followedAssist a team of 5 lawyers with workflow : delivery of legal advice, monitoring and following up on key datesMaintain and assist with legal file maintenance and record keepingRespond to issues and enquiries; all around administrative supportThe Perks O'Brien is committed to giving you fantastic benefits, a platform for development and working with you to grow your career.
