This role bridges the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring successful project execution and client satisfaction.
The ideal candidate has a strong technical and consulting background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record supporting delivery of IT and digital transformation projects from planning through implementation.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with clients to understand business challenges and develop project management practices to deliver strategic goals.Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles, including scoping, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on deliverables, timelines, and budget.Conduct business and systems analysis to support solution design and implementation.Prepare and deliver client presentations, technical documentation, and project status reports.Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating as necessary.Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout project engagements.Desired Experience & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in technology or business consulting and IT project management.Experience in delivery of business and technology projects and programs, potentially in a PMO role.Understanding of project management methodologies.Proficient with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project, or Trello).Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.Consulting mindset with an enthusiasm for solving problems.
