The Role
Reporting to the Head of Property Portfolio Management, and working in a collaborative team environment to drive outcomes for clients and the business, your key responsibilities will include:
Creating and updating dynamic financial models for current and future assets
Creating and refining distribution forecast models
Developing investment appraisals for new acquisitions
Supporting asset acquisition and disposal processes
Preparing financial data for Information Memorandums, investor reports, investment committee and Trust Board papers etc.
Undertaking investment analytics on ICAM's property assets
Continuous refinement of the existing financial models
Monitoring sector, market and economic conditions
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Relevant university degree (i.e.
finance, accounting, economics, commerce or similar)
1-2 years' experience in a similar role developed in a financial, property, infrastructure or STEM organisation.
Funds management experience is desirable but not essential
Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills essential
Strong written (including report writing) and verbal communication and presentation skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with a variety of stakeholders
Strong financial, analytical and research skills
Team player and highly diligent with a can-do attitude
Ability to problem solve and calm under pressure
Most importantly have a real energy, drive and passion for the industry
