Junior Hr Advisor

An exciting opportunity for a HR Coordinator to step into an advisory role and join a well-established, supportive HR team. You'll collaborate closely with the team's HR Business Partners and HR Manager to help achieve key business initiatives. This is a 7-month fixed-term contract.
Your responsibilities: Assess hiring needs, manage recruitment timelines, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews.Work closely and support the HR business partners.Distribute engagement surveys, gather and analyse data to identify trends.Perform personnel file checks to ensure compliance.Advise and coach on employment conditions, policy interpretation, and performance management.Conduct and review exit interviews, identifying trends as needed.What you need to exceed: 2 years experience in a similar role.Ability to work within a fast-paced environment and team.Excellent time management and organisational skills.If this resonates as your ideal opportunity, kindly apply through the link provided.
