About the Team
Join a thriving property team within a prominent national commercial law firm, specialising in areas like capital transactions, energy transition projects and finance transactions. You'll work with a range of high-profile clients, including renewable energy developers, real estate investment trusts, commercial property owners, and hotel groups.
The Role
As a junior lawyer, you will enhance your career by working on various transactions, including:

Acquisitions and disposals of real estate (commercial, industrial, and retail) Hotels and resorts transactions Energy transition and renewable energy projects (wind, solar & battery, and waste to hydrogen) Joint ventures and titling advice for developments Environmental offset arrangements and infrastructure agreements Regulatory approvals, project financing, and foreign investment applications This Brisbane-based role offers the chance to engage with clients and projects across Australia and internationally.Your Skills and Experience
We are looking for a passionate property lawyer with:

1-2 years of post-admission experience (PAE) A keen interest in expanding your practice within property law Strong drafting and client management skills Ability to manage multiple matters and prioritise effectively Excellent commercial acumen and interpersonal communication skills A self-driven approach with a commitment to meeting deadlines Willingness to undertake pro bono work as required Employee Benefits
