With the headquarters located in the US, this business owns and operates businesses across 400+ sites across the ANZ region. This business is currently on a strong growth trajectory that has seen this business invest in an IT transformation that will focus on introducing new technologies with a focus on transparency, automation and consolidation.
About your new role:
Working as part of an IT transformation program, an opportunity has been created for a Business Analyst to join the team. Initially starting on a 12 month contract, this role has been created to support the implementation of a bespoke ERP / Accounting platform across the entire group.
Key Responsibilities:
Some of the key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Partner with stakeholders within the finance function to identify the business requirements including work flows and test scenarios. Perform test execution of the ERP including sub systems within the accounting function. Take part in system integration testing to ensure accuracy in data flow. Prepare Test case documentation. Utilise tools such as Jira & Zephyr to complete your objectives. Develop strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. About You:
• Can demonstrate experience testing software packages (Accounting ideally) as part of an implementation or transformation project.
• Has experience gathering business requirements and preparing documentation.
• Is skilled with SQL and has used tools such as Jira & Zephyr in prior projects.
• Has a 'can do' attitude and the ability to engage with people of all levels of an organisation.
