As we expand our team and service offerings, we are seeking a motivated and dynamic BDM to drive our growth and establish valuable partnerships.
Position Overview:The Business Development Manager (BDM) will play a crucial role in promoting our services to key stakeholders, including real estate agents, storage companies, property management firms, and related businesses. This position combines fieldwork with office-based activities, requiring an energetic self-starter who excels at building relationships and has a strong sales acumen.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research & Outreach:
Identify and target potential business partners, including:
Real estate agencies
Storage facilities
Office and commercial spaces
Air BNB hosts and vacation rentals
Schools and educational Institutes
Interior designers
Networking & Relationship Building:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and referral partners.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Create and implement effective sales strategies to promote our services.
Office-Based Activities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and partners to introduce our services.
Follow up on leads and convert prospects into clients through relationship building and persuasive communication.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field (Preferred, Not required)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for travel.
