As an Associate Automation Engineer, you will be an essential part of our project teams, supporting research, analysis, and the creation of solutions under the guidance of our experienced consultants.
This is an ideal opportunity for recent graduates with a passion for technology and a desire to make an impact in consulting. You don't need prior experience—just a strong interest in automation, problem-solving, and working collaboratively.
What You'll Be Doing: Hands-On Training: You'll start by learning the basics of consulting, automation, testing and support, with dedicated support from our delivery team to help you build your skills.Supporting Project Teams: Contribute to client projects by researching, analyzing, and developing solutions that address real business challenges.Provide ongoing support for our clients' automation and testing solutions, ensuring smooth operations and swift issue resolution.Work with team members to develop and implement automation solutions, including Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), and more.Contribute to test automation and quality assurance projects, helping clients deliver reliable, high-quality systems.Collaborative Development: Work closely with your team, applying your growing knowledge to develop solutions and add value to client engagements.RequirementsWhat We're Looking For: University degree (B.S. or M.S) or equivalent in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field of study.Relevant professional or academic experience that has prepared you for the fields of operations optimization: process analysis, process modeling or process automation.A strong desire to learn and grow in the field of consulting and automation.Enthusiasm for solving complex business problems with a creative and analytical mindset.A passion for technology, especially in areas like automation, software development and artificial intelligence.A collaborative spirit, with a desire to work closely with colleagues and clients alike.Why Join Us?
