These centers offer a welcoming space where clients can enjoy activities, engage with the community, and develop essential life skills and confidence.
Our programs cater to individuals with a wide range of support needs, including those who use wheelchairs and other aids.
We also offer additional support for our clients' medical and care needs.
Clients may attend our Community Supports Services on weekdays or join community participation activities on weekends, tailored to their individual levels of disability and goals.
Our support workers engage with clients to develop skills through activities such as cooking, music, crafts, leisure sports, reading, singing, and much more.
About The Role: The role of a Support Worker in our Community Supports Services is to support clients with disabilities, focusing on skill development and enriching their lives through engaging, creative activities.
Additionally, this role may involve providing in-home support for clients, which could require working afternoon and night shifts.
