About Us At Camperdown Child Care Centre, we are a small, independent and not-for-profit Long Day Care Centre in Sydney's vibrant Inner West. Catering to children aged birth to five, our 50-place Centre prides itself on creating a safe and nurturing environment where children can thrive. Our approach to early childhood education is grounded in relationships, play-based learning and a commitment to inclusion and diversity. Our team is close-knit, supported by an experienced Director, Assistant Director and Educational Leader.
The Role We are looking for either an experienced or passionate newly qualified Early Childhood Teacher or Diploma-qualified educator to join our team. We welcome applications from experienced educators or those just starting their journey, provided you bring enthusiasm, dedication and a desire to learn and grow.
This full-time position is in the Preschool room for 2025, with opportunities to move to other rooms in subsequent years. The role is available on a permanent basis, with casual employment negotiable if preferred.

Essential requirements: A Bachelor degree qualification or Diploma in ECEC.A current NSW WWCC.Current First Aid and Child Protection qualifications.A thorough understanding of the EYLF and NQF.Strong teamwork and communication skills.
