We currently have a live opening for a Jnr Project Manager/Senior Project Coordinator (with strong ERP/Digital Transformation project experience) to join one of our client sites in Cannon Hill, Brisbane. This nationally recognised & reputable business is currently undertaking a large program of digital transformation, including a D365 ERP F&O /D365 CRM/CE upgrade (underway & full service) among other exciting initiatives.
This is a great opportunity for a Functional Consultant, Jnr PM or Project Coordinator looking to step into a PM role, gain an experienced Senior PM mentor, and be surrounded by a lean and agile team delivering a large-scale digital transformation project.

The Project Manager, reporting into the Project Lead, will be responsible for driving the daily project operations including the planning, development, and implementation of this organisation's key digital transformation journey.
What we are looking for
Previous experience as Project Manager working on similar Digital Transformation Initiatives (Tier 1 ERP/CRM upgrades/implementations);
Experience as a Functional Consultant/B.A OR Project Coordinator/Junior PM on Digital transformation projects (preferably D365);
Experience working on & monitoring project plans, schedules, project reporting, and budgets;
Experience liaising with key stakeholders and organising effective stakeholder meetings;
Ensure object deadlines, quality and budget are met;
Documentation of projects status and activities;
Liaising with vendor;
Change control experience;
A candidate with a 'hands on' approach;
Complete administrative and day-to-day project management tasks while bringing various teams into alignment with one another (internal/external);
Strong experience and/or understanding of Project Management methodologies; and
D365 F&O / AX / FinOps / CRM projects (big plus).
