As the Junior D365 FO Functional Consultant, you'll support the implementation and customisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 FO) solutions. This role involves working closely with senior consultants and clients to understand business requirements and assist in configuring and deploying D365 FO solutions. If you would like to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of D365 FO projects to develop your skills through on-the-job training and mentorship, and thrive on a challenge, please apply! Day to day:

Assist in the implementation and customization of D365 FO solutions Gather and document client requirements and business processes Configure D365 FO modules under the guidance of senior consultants Participate in testing and quality assurance activities Provide end-user training and support Develop and maintain project documentation Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure project success Stay updated with the latest D365 FO features and industry trends Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues during and after implementation

You'll be perfect for the role if you have:

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in ERP systems, preferably D365 FO Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications or training preferred Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration Basic understanding of D365 FO modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, etc.) Ability to work effectively in a high pace team environment & able to take direction from senior consultants Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies Experience with data migration and system integration Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform and Azure is desirable
