About the opportunity The IT System Administrator – Level 3 reports to the IT Infrastructure/Network Manager and is part of the NEX Building Group IT team.
The key focus of this role is to act as an escalation point to the IT team as well as maintaining the group's server and network infrastructure including providing Citrix server support.
More specifically, you will: Triaging and managing the resolution of Citrix related and level 3 incidents and service requests by providing excellent technical assistance and customer service to all employees Aiding in the installation and configuration of server and infrastructure hardware, software and related systems Escalation of issues to external technology partners as required, whilst maintaining ownership of assigned incidents and service requests Be involved in preparation and make recommendations of capital replacements and systems improvements to management System Administration of Server and Network environments About you You will share a passion for our purpose and be aligned to our core values.
In addition, you will demonstrate: A minimum 3-4 years' experience in a similar role within a Service Desk environment Experience with installing, upgrading and maintaining a Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop environment and Net Scalers (ADCs).
An understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem Windows Domain and Active directory experience Good problem-solving techniques with the ability to clearly communicate technical instructions remotely Interested?
