Your New RoleWorking as part of the team, this role will provide remote and onsite support to customers to oversee and assist in managing infrastructure & Cloud environments.
Some of the key tasks will include :Maintain a high level of customer service and attention to ensure SLA's are met.Provide IT expertise and issue resolution to clientele.Perform health checks & maintenance on customer networks & systems.Deploy, support & maintain managed service platforms.Be actively involved in systems implementations / upgrades and hardware roll-out projects.Ensure accurate and timely documentation and company knowledge is stored.About You!To be successful, you will come from a technical support background (MSP preferably) and have a passion for IT and working with new technologies.
You take pride in finding solutions to complex issues for your customers and thrive in a fast-paced and fun team environment, where no two days are the same.
Other attributes will include :Will hold a relevant IT qualification / Degree or comparable certification.Has 'hands on' experience troubleshooting issues via phone or face to face interaction.A sound understanding of configuring and installing virtual environments.Skills with network switches, wireless access points and firewall support.Experience supporting Windows Servers and desktop operating systems.Administration experience with Active Directory, including group policy DNS and replication.Critical to your success will be your communication skills; you will be proactive and engaging in your style and have a customer-centric work ethos.As this is a permanent position, we ask that all applicants are either a Permanent resident or Australian Citizen.
