What You'll Be Doing
- Providing onsite and remote tech support to teachers, admin staff, and principals.
- Troubleshooting and maintaining computer systems for NSW Public Schools.
- Learning how to solve technical issues in real-time, all while building your career!
Multiple Positions Available – No Experience Needed!

What You Need to Apply
- A love for IT and helping others with tech problems.
- Australian citizenship or Permanent Residency with full working rights.
- Your own personal car and valid driver's license.
- You live within the Central Sydney area.
- Strong English communication skills.
- You have not yet completed an IT degree or IT Certificate IV.
Get Paid While You Learn
Earn between $483 and $738 per week (plus super!)
depending on your education level and the year you finished high school.
Your pay will increase as you progress through the traineeship.
