IT Support Administrator Australia Trending Job Description About the Role Reporting to the IT Support Lead, the role is responsible for delivering IT technical support to approx.
450 users across both Fremantle and Kwinana sites in line with IT service level agreements and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key duties include: Provide 24/7 technical and training support across the company's IT systems, hardware and deliver user training requirements.
Deliver Level 1 and Level 2 support to internal IT team, including providing assistance to the applications delivery areas, providing project and operational support.
Provide software and hardware technical advice and support to other members of the team and Fremantle Ports users as required.
Perform a high level of in depth troubleshooting with other team members and escalation points within the business to resolve issues as required and improve overall quality of service.
Ensure the correct roll out, provisioning and support of software and hardware assets across the organisation working with third parties as required to ensure customer service and compliance to Fremantle Ports needs, SLA's and KPI's.
Skills & Experience Demonstrated experience working within a busy helpdesk and IT user support environment including implementing and supporting best practices.
Strong technical knowledge with proven ability to resolve technical issues in a Microsoft environment (Windows 10 and Office 365).
Sound troubleshooting skills, including experience in remote access and mobile devices.
Experience managing and maintaining a ticket management system and producing reports.
High level interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to liaise at all levels.
