Tasks & Duties Providing on-site and remote technical support to customers Assisting with HelpDesk support and Managed Services Assisting clients with integration of new technologies Working on major project implementations for our Technical Services team Helping improve our clients' business through the use of appropriate tech Performing as a team player in our bustling environment Requirements Relevant tertiary or technical qualification (or working towards) Current Manual Australian driver's license Full COVID-19 vaccination status Ability to self-motivate & work autonomously An analytical & detailed view of your work Clear written and verbal communication skills Neat personal presentation Benefits Attractive base salary & achievable profit share bonuses (last year's range was $6-10k) 5 weeks annual leave with the option to cash out 1 week (i.e., 4 weeks leave + 1 week payout) Supportive & professional team culture About Us Our client has been providing exceptional IT sales and services for over 18 years.
