**The company**:
Our client is a highly regarded global financial services business with offices in Australia (Sydney), US and Canada. They are seeking a Infrastructure and Support Analyst to support to day to day needs of their Sydney office.

**The role**:
**Primary Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Service support: Prioritise and escalate incidents for internal staff. Point of contact for rapid restoration of normal services.
- Service delivery: Monitor IT services to provide baseline for availability, capacity & continuity planning.
- Project participation: Active and strong participation across a number of different areas within the IT department and business areas.

You will come from a similar "IT 'support" environment where you can demonstrate a strong customer focus and a logical, problem solving ability. Skills and experience required would be:

- Exemplary interpersonal and client service skills
- Excellent troubleshooting abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- 4 years related experience
- Support familiarity with Office 365 and Windows 10
- Ability to multi-task and independently prioritise tasks
