Immediate Need for a Level 1/2 Support Officer Based in the Eastern Suburbs

Your new company
My client is a Global Logistics & Packaging Organisation based to the East of the CBD, who partners with major national brands and is currently looking for an IT Services Analyst to join their team ASAP

Your new role
Supporting the IT environment, you will be reporting directly to the IT Global Services manager and will be tasked with:
Managing and maintaining the desktop environment on Windows as well as remote support

Handling level 1 incidents ranging from Desktop, Applications and Mobile devices
Assisting level 2 Teams and some Network issues
Supporting Microsoft Terminal Servers
Windows 7-10 Migration Experience

Troubleshooting hardware issues - Printers, Laptops & Desktops
Logging calls and incidents on ITIL service desk tool and escalating when necessary
Basic BAU level 1 support work
Documenting appropriate processes and methodologies

What you'll need to succeed
An excellent combination of technical skills and customer service capabilities will be required for this role. To be successful in this role you will need:
Experience with basic network support
Experience with Mobility Support
A strong customer focus and attention to detail.
Knowledge of Citrix Advantageous but not required
Basic experience in level 1 support within the Service Industry
Relevant IT qualifications would be appreciated.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
