The primary focus is to ensure that all projects are delivered efficiently and effectively, with minimal downtime and maximum results.Key Responsibilities Include:Dispatch and organise project resourcesCalling clients for scheduling/changes and handling priority events and keeping open communication via phone calls and emailsProviding superior customer service to achieve team and company customer satisfaction targetsKeeping the projects team abreast of project schedules and pipelineReceiving orders and completing weekly stock takeMaintaining vehicle stock, assigning stock to projects, and sending freightTime entry and timesheet quality assurance for the projects teamEducate customers on best practices and processes.Develop yourself professionally by undertaking training and participating in all scheduled 1:1's and reviewsThe Successful CandidateExperience in a scheduling role, projects admin, or customer service with scheduling or project coordination activitiesExcellent stakeholder engagement skills, and ability to converse with and coordinate multiple levels within the organisationStrong attention to detail and highly organisedHappy and can work in a very fast-paced environmentFlexible and amenable in working to strict deadlines, and even multiple deadlinesTechnical knowledge or MSP experience is an advantageCan work under minimal supervision and can handle constructive feedback professionallyIn return you will work within an established organisation, who continue to build upon their operational maturity and market position.
