Role Summary & Role Description
We are looking for a highly organized IT Project Delivery Lead with at least 7 years of experience, to manage and execute the delivery of Global Technology Services (GTS) projects across the different domains (Client, Product and Operational Change) through the entire program cycle.
The successful candidate will work with the business, global teams, and stakeholders across the company, as well as Clients or external vendors, to interpret stakeholder requirements, manage expectations and deliver positive outcomes.
Due to the nature of the work, these projects are stimulating and challenging working with various stakeholders and provide an excellent opportunity to build upon existing experience and leadership skills to further extend future career opportunities.

What you will be responsible for
As IT Project Delivery Lead, you will:
Project manage and deliver projects such as client initiatives & onboardings, new product offerings and enhancements such as Tax and Regulatory projects.
Develop and manage program budgets, optimize resource allocation to achieve program objectives and milestones, communicate resource needs and constraints clearly.
Lead solutions, development and testing across multiple platforms and applications.
Assist with system business analytics to ensure the best outcome is achieved.
Partner closely with various agile teams, business and vendors to manage technology programs ensuring execution and delivery of end-to-end solutions.
Lead/Participate in the definition and tracking of the IT Delivery roadmap.
Coordinate and utilize resources across multiple projects.
Communicate project objectives, goals and progress to clients, senior management and other stakeholders.
Clearly present project status, risks, and issues as they occur.
Track, manage and report all 'At Risk' items clearly and in a timely manner.
Communicate program progress, issues and outcomes to leadership and cross-functional teams using strong communication and influencing skills to gather support and alignment.
Ensure that project artifacts are audit ready and compliant with CIS and SDLC policies/procedures.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent.
At least 7 years of proven project management experience.
