In this role you will: This role located in west Melbourne is an operational IT leadership position where you will lead an IT team to support a complex supply chain solution during go live and ramp up. You will be responsible for the success of the go live and ongoing support of the client managing the relationship between operations and IT and the client. The business will grow further and opportunities to extend your reach are available. You will be:
Manage the relationship between IT and stakeholders: operations, clients, tech vendors Coordinate the demands coming from stakeholders Coordinate demand versus supply with the IT solution delivery team and our vendors Be exposed to some of the latest technologies in supply chain Have input into DHL regional and global innovation and trend focus and pipelines Work and implement solutions to DHL local, regional and global strategies You have the following qualities & qualifications: Experience with supply chain, complex operations and IT Knowledge and experience of supply chain IT solution design and architecture Strong stakeholder management and great communication skills Customer facing exposure to obtain mutual achievable solutions Be organised, structured, flexible and innovative Have a passion for creating high quality and cost effective solutions Be highly autonomous with a desire to take accountability for all facets of the role and the related deliverables Qualification in IT, Business or Management For the right candidate, this role can be an opportunity to move from an operational role into IT #J-18808-Ljbffr
