Job Description In this newly created role as the IT Infrastructure Specialist, you'll be involved in the IT integration project to onboard 100 users across 3 locations with a focus on timely and accurate delivery of IT activities and initiatives.
You will act as the primary point of contact for local users in regard to IT queries, focusing on providing operational support and expertise for local IT infrastructure and applications.
This is a permanent full-time position based in our offices in Banksmeadow, North Sydney, and Kingsgrove, and occasional interstate travel!
In this role, you will:
Execute the IT integration project in accordance with deliverables Proactively work alongside vendors to deploy new networks and infrastructure Act as the primary point of contact for local IT related queries Manage IT onboarding and offboarding activities, including deployment of IT equipment, asset management, and ensuring licensing compliance Manage the lifecycle of network equipment and applications Qualifications For this role as an IT Infrastructure Specialist, we're looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:
You hold your degree in computer science or similar You hold 2+ years' experience within IT General knowledge of networking and servers Experience working with ITIL will be highly regarded You are flexible with working hours to attend calls with local and global stakeholders You are willing to learn and take initiative You have strong written and verbal communication skills You have valid and unrestricted Australian working rights Additional Information What's in it for you?
